What is AL-Bio7?
Introduction: - “Bio 7 is a next-generation biological plant stimulant formulated with Pseudomonas azotoformans AL-336, a naturally occurring, plant-growth-promoting endophyte. Isolated from healthy, high-yielding plants, Bio 7 enhances crop performance by improving nutrient use efficiency, increasing stress resilience, and promoting vigorous root development.”
Key Benefits of Bio 7:
- Nutrient Release: “Bio 7 releases essential nutrients, including phosphorus, zinc, and iron, enhancing nutrient availability and uptake efficiency.”
- Growth Hormone Production: “Stimulates the production of plant hormones that encourage robust root and shoot development, leading to healthier, stronger plants.”
- Biological Plant Protection: “Enzymatic activities within Bio 7 help mitigate transplant stress, heat stress, drought stress, and other environmental factors, allowing plants to thrive under variable conditions.”
- Transplant Shock Management: “Aids in reducing transplant shock, making it especially beneficial during early growth stages or when plants are moved to new environments.”
- Eco-Friendly Solution: “As a natural biofertilizer, Bio 7 provides an environmentally sustainable option for crop management, complementing growers’ practices while being cost-effective.”
Technical Details:
- Active Ingredient: “Pseudomonas azotoformans strain AL-336”
- Formulation: “Soluble Concentrate (SC), 1×10⁸ CFU/mL”
- Application Rate: “0.2L/Ac to 2L/Ac (0.494L/Ha to 4.94L/Ha)”
- Dilution: “1:100 with water (1% solution)”
- Application Method: “Refer to application guidelines for detailed instructions.”
Application Guidelines:
“For optimal results, apply Bio 7 during early growth stages or when transplanting. Dilute 1 part Bio 7 with 100 parts water to create a 1% solution. Apply at a rate of 0.2L to 2L per acre (0.494L to 4.94L per hectare), depending on crop type and growth conditions. Ensure thorough coverage of plant roots and foliage.”
Success Stories:
- Onion Cultivation: “Sandy Shore Farm near Simcoe, Ontario, reported impressive results with Bio 7, achieving larger onions with fewer defects, enhancing marketability and overall crop value.”
- Berry Farming: “Bill Millar of Millars Berry Farm stated, ‘Bio 7 saved my crop. The heat stress that affected my neighbours’ crops didn’t affect ours. We are growing more fruit on fewer acres. I recommend Bio 7.'”

Bio 7 for Flowers
Seeds planted directly into garden boxes with potting mix. In each garden box, seeds were watered in with 2 L of fertilizer solution (1000 ppm of 20-20-20). AL-Bio7 was included in fertilizer solution at a rate of 1% for one box. At 2 months after planting, only fertilizer was re-applied at the same rate (no AL-Bio7). Photos are from 4 months after planting.
